1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website at lasersita.com and form a legally binding agreement between you ("Guest" or "you") and LaSersita Casitas & WaterSpa Beach Resort ("Resort," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address once the reservation has been successfully processed. Full payment or a deposit, as specified during the booking process, is required to secure your reservation.

Published rates are subject to change without prior notice. The Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking in cases of pricing errors, system malfunctions, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a Resort-initiated cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive ("no-show"), will result in a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation rate.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Exceptions may be granted in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government-mandated travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the booking details is required upon check-in for all registered guests.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. A refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in and returned upon satisfactory inspection of the accommodation at check-out.

5. Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to comply with the Resort's rules and regulations during their stay. A noise curfew is enforced at 10:00 PM to ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests. The use of portable speakers is prohibited throughout the property.

Pets are permitted provided they are caged and of small to medium size. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas; a cleaning surcharge applies for in-room violations. The Resort reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises for violations of these rules, without refund.

6. Liability

The Resort shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Resort property, furnishings, or equipment, and will be charged accordingly.

Use of the pool, WaterSpa, beach, and all recreational facilities is at the guest's own risk. The Resort does not assume liability for injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents arising from the use of these facilities or participation in recreational activities.

7. License to Use the Site

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website strictly in accordance with these terms. You may view, download, and print pages from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability of the site. You must not add or upload any content that is harmful, offensive, or in violation of any applicable law.

The Resort reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies or update information at any time without prior notice. Such corrections shall not constitute a breach of these terms.
